Exceptional experience! If you’re looking for something unique, that will fit your space perfectly you’ve got to check out Rare Finds! The service is second to none! So many, very friendly people on staff that genuinely wanted to help with whatever questions or ideas I had. Several recommendations were made, and everything was so appreciated. As a single dad, who has had partial furniture in my house for two years it is a great feeling to have every room just the way I want it! So very grateful for such a fantastic sale! It was Nearly my one stop shop! I found everything I was looking for and beyond per each and every room. From the help in store, To the checkout, and even the loading of everything I bought was so kindly done! Even saw a special resin table That I’ve always wanted in their back Area And they were willing to sell it! After a checked out, I found out that the owner himself was going to keep this Peace for himself, but found out that I wanted to purchase it and wanted me to have it! What a very cool place! If you’re looking for unique, statement pieces at a reasonable price this is THE place. Not only is the furniture beautiful, it is high quality, solid wood — not particle board. Many of the pieces are vintage and have the craftsmanship of a bygone era. This gorgeous, solid teak, British Era piece is now living in my dining area. The fun lamp was also a wonderful find that goes great with my vintage Fiesta-ware collection. But the best part is the customer service. I found a gorgeous, green leather sofa but we were in the middle of selling our home and I wasn’t quite ready to purchase it. When I went back to buy it, sadly, it was gone. The staff at the Denver store told me to contact the owner, Tony, directly to see if he could reorder it. I reached out to him and even though he was in India he called me back promptly. We had a lovely visit and he special ordered my dream couch for me. Seriously, this store has it all: Friendly, knowledgeable staff, beautiful items, and excellent service. Wow! What an awesome store. We have been looking for a table so I did an internet search and found Rare Finds Furniture Warehouse. After looking through the website, taking virtual tours and learning about the owners I knew I had to go...and take my husband with me. So, we made a trip to Denver (we live up in the mountains) and went to BOTH stores. The people who were working at both locations,whether a sales associate or warehouse associate,were super friendly,knowlegable,and helpful. We thought the prices were fair and reasonable, but we were there during a 15% and 50% off sale so that helped. We went back the following weekend and bought a few really neat items. We even checked out a similar type store, and it didn't even compare price wise...Rare Finds beat their prices by a lot on similar or same items.
