BEWARE! This place is way overcrowded, the staff is young, inexperienced, and has high turnover. Management is extremely unorganized. We requested multiple services as part of a 3 night boarding stay, no services were completed upon pick up our pup. Other boarding stays our dog's bed would be returned filthy and covered in pee. Additionally, in our interview process we were told they screen for nervous or skittish dogs - not the case. When a very nervous dog did not appreciate our dog sniffing to say hello, it snapped and growled showing teeth and being aggressive. Our dog reacted to that aggression (first time ever) and then the entire situation was turned around and blamed on our dog 'attacking' which is so off base. We were asked not to bring our dog back, which was shocking given the incident would have easily been avoided had the staff been doing their job and did not trap our dog with the nervous one in the drop off area. Either way, we wouldn't have brought our dog anymore given the multiple bad experiences, we were already planning not to renew our monthly package, but to have our dog blamed for their inability to mange the canines in the facility was outrageous. There are a lot of options for doggy daycare around Denver, don't waste your time with this one. The response below is telling, no accountability from this place. There was a new face every time we would pick up our dog so while the office managers might be tenured, the people actually watching the dogs, which is what really matters, are not. Again, my dog being blamed for a reaction to another dog's aggression is outrageous. She nipped a dog who was growling in her face and she sustained scratches and puncher marks to her face as well, but no concern was shown for her at all. She was not the aggressor, she reacted as an animal would. Where is the accountability for the other dog's behavior? Why was that dog in the daycare at all if it is bad with others? Especially when were never given a report of bad behavior previously and our dog has never been randomly aggressive, the punishment doesn't fit the crime and dogs with such a timid nature who don't react well to many dogs should not be permitted. At a minimum, that dog should have been removed from the drop off area, not sitting there in close quarters if it is so nervous while other dogs enter. Our situation could have been avoided if this place and the dogs were managed responsibly. On top of that, given the bad boarding and groom service experience, we were unhappy. Our initial happiness with this place faded. My feelings are not hurt, we are happy to leave, just want to share or experience so other dog owners are aware and make a better decision for their dog. Trying to blame dogs and people for your incompetency is a bad strategy. Not interested in your false defenses, the public should know what they are...
Read moreWe had a good experience until the last two years. We bought 2 packages totaling over $1000 dollars. The first time we had an issue they told us their system did not record the first package. We showed them our bank statements and chalked it up to technology. The second time this happened, we felt there was serious issue on their recording side. We were justifiably upset but did not yell or demean. However when I called later we were told the young person at the front felt we were hostile towards her and made her uncomfortable. The owner ( who is not from Denver and does not live here) told us that we should find a new place because there were more serious things to be upset about. Their recording system and process tried to deny us over $1000 dollars and we shouldn’t be upset about this happening is what the owner communicated. Poor form and horrible customer service. I hope no one continues to patron this establishment because they treat people of color incredibly disrespectfully. We will be making a complaint to the better business bureau and warn everyone who may need dog care services. Pathetic top to bottom.
Response to your reply: how were we not reasonable? How does the pandemic affect your dysfunctional systems that don’t record $500 purchases. You said you donated to the homeless if Denver? How can we be sure you did that when you can’t even ensure that when people pay you for a service that they won’t be accused of not having paid? Which happened twice! It seems like you neither care about your customers or their pets, but making a profit off of running a bad business? You have shown AGAIN why this doggie daycare would be better without your out of state ownership. Poor customer service, poor ownership, unable to admit when you’ve made a egregious mistake. Therapy and business classes...
Read moreDO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!! Last week I filled out my online paperwork in hopes that I could get my dog registered for an interview day. I sent an email and called this place a week ago without a returned call or email. When I finally got ahold of someone, the lady I spoke with on the phone was clueless, rude, and made me wait another week before I could get my dog in for a 'meet and greet' day. (I should not have brought my dog here after this experience alone). I brought my dog in today after waiting a week and the first staff member was friendly and I trusted that my dog was in good hands. I came back to pick up my dog and there were staff members yelling at dogs outside to 'shut up' because they were barking, I was not greeted by any of the three employees at the desk when I walked in, it took several minutes for the staff members to find my dog, my dog was clawing at the door to get out of the room when I picked her up and she was shaking during my car ride home. She has been to multiple doggy daycares before this and has never had an issue whatsoever and is incredibly sweet towards other dogs and staff. I came home after this and realized that my dog was missing her harness. Not only did I ask three separate times over the phone if there was a harness left behind and I described it in great detail, but I arrived there for a THIRD time that day and explained everything that had happened, the staff member did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation and could have cared less. Sure, the online prices are great, but the quality of my visit and my dog's visit was beyond horrible!!! Spend the money at a place where you and your dog are treated right and you can trust that people won't scream or hit your dog when...
