I am EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of service this gift shop provides. I had purchased a coaster while visiting on a trip and in a distressing turn of events, it had fallen and cracked in half.
When I was unable to find it online on their site, I emailed them to see if they could help me get in touch with the artist to try and replace it. The amazing Chelsea replied in less than 24 hours to let me know they had ordered more and would let me know when they came back in stock. A couple weeks later I got an email stating they were in, and I ordered it right that second. Within a few hours of placing the order, they’d already packed and shipped it, and it arrived 2 days later with an adorable letter and eras tour sticker!
I’m so grateful that I was able to replace the coaster, and the positivity spread by this incredible customer service made my day! Will definitely be ordering from here again...

I had an experience in this store though where I was overcharged for my purchase and never refunded the difference after going in and calling and speaking to the owner. The owner promised me a return was coming, and I have a receipt showing a return was owed to me, but it has never come.
About 2 weeks ago, I bought 3 necklaces in this store. I spoke with the woman helping me about how the price was so affordable. Such a great selection of fun items; however, it appears a staff member did not know how to conduct herself properly during business hours. She threw a fit about taking turns with customers (something like that) and just stormed out. Not only was it uncomfortable as a patron shopping there, which made me feel like they only care about commission, but even worse for the other two employees there actually helping!
