ALDI — Local services in Des Moines

This location has the worst customer service known to man. The cashier Cassandra ( be mindful of her) she’s rude and was extremely rude to me when I went there to take out money from my plasma card which mind you doesn’t have a physical bank. And I’ve relied on Aldi for years to take out money on my plasma card. She proceeded to tell me at the end of my two transactions that Aldi isn’t a bank or ATM and I should be going elsewhere to take my money out. Wow! Ok lady. So I leave. Go back inside to ask for her name so I can report her for being rude she says I’m not giving you that info. I know it’s your account but we aren’t an ATM service. Ok it’s an account. It’s my cash so give me my money. What’s the big issue? I bought two items from you guys you aren’t losing money from me taking out cash from you all what’s the problem? I work for a moving company moving peoples belongings on a Dailey basis so customer service is a must. Well i shop at the one @ East Uuiversity. In Des Moines Iowa but 2 years going on 3yrs ago my Grandaughter and Great Grandaughter Staci Myers and Zyla Dalton were in the parking lot in December (a very Busy time) and were not noticed or even glanced at by a grocerry cart pusher while she layed in and out of contiousene uncontious for 3 hours from what we "were told" with her 3 year old daughter Zyla Dalton in car somehow getting to front seat and able to answer her dads call. My Granddaughter Staci Lynn Myers was unoticed while having some weird rare condition "called an AVM" which then caused her to have a stroke. it was on the news Channel 8 I just dont understand Dont you guys have some sort of security cameras in the lot? I just think Aldies is a wonderful place to shop bt i wou really be graeatful if there was sone knnd of surveillance in the lot. She is alive and well two brain surgerys later. My wife and I really like shopping here. The food is affordable and there's a wide variety. If you only buy organic, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, this is the store for you. ALDI helped me realize that organic corn syrup free ketchup is way better, gluten free baked goods are delicious, and that vegetarian beef and chicken substitutes are not the same at all but good in their own way. I recommend vegetarian not vegan burgers because the cheese makes a big difference.
