PLEASE READ!!! CROOKED DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM . I bought a car from them 11 months ago when I bought it the front passenger seat motor not work. The windshield wiper fluid did not work. I realized it after I bought it they said they would call me back and didnāt I finally called them back . I waited a few weeks. They never called me back with it being a minor repairs I waited for them. I finally called them and they said itās been more than 30 days. Itās not our responsibility when I called them and told them about the things being broke after 10 days they waited till after it been 30 days so they did not have to repair it. Couple months later I had to spend $1000 on new tires which I knew the tires werenāt great but I mean. They were bald. So there is my first thousand dollars fast forward about a month I started to have to jumpstart my car. This went on for a few months kept getting worse and worse took it to midas and the battery was shot. So between repairs labor the fact that it has two batteries there was another $450 a few months later sensor starts going out in the gas pedal another $269 and then as of today the suspension is shot in the transmission is starting to slip I got an extended warranty it covers the transmission which even with the warranty will still cost me about $800 because I had to get the diagnosis and then the $500 deductible and then I have to get a brand new suspension which is not covered and Iāve only had the car 11 months and I got quoted $3500 for that now if I did not have insurance this would be an additional $8000 in repairs on top of everything that Iāve already done now with my transmission being under warranty itās still going to cost me approximately $4300 now if you add that with the tires the batteries the sensor I am going to be over $7000 in repairs into this car in 11 months time. Do not buy from them. They talk a great deal they will sell you a car that you think is great but they rigd them to make you think. Oh this car is great. It drives great itās awesome. They fix them up. Good enough to get you past the 30 day mark because then theyāre not responsible. Right now Iām working with the Iowa consumer credit agent see about by protection rights I am working with the Better Business Bureau and I have also contacted a private attorney. I asked them just today this is ridiculous. My payments are $537 a month on this car I still owe over $17,000 on and Iām supposed to pay $537 a month plus put over $7000 into it in the first 11 months of owning it and when I asked them about how they sold me a bad car and I think that they should work with me on this to get the car back on the road and make things right the response was well sometimes that just happens and I said I bought this car for $22,000 and you donāt think that putting over $7000 in repairs into it within the first 11 months you think thatās OK you donāt think thereās anything wrong with that and their response was sometimes that just happens. They are dirty they will screw you over they donāt care about their customers. I am working with many agencies because they will not take accountability for selling me a junk car. they will not take any accountability or responsibility for this car. They are the scum of the Earth do not buy from them do not do not do not buy from them. The person that sold me my car. His name was Brad, when I bought the car from him he was sitting at his desk desk vaping, which was super unprofessional. That shouldāve told me right there. There were people literally standing right outside the front doors, smoky cigarettes and thrown on the ground. There was loud rock music playing. You could hear multiple employees cussing and laughing their mechanic looks like he on hard drugs and after finding out and doing some investigation find out that heās been to prison. And has a drug history do not go there I cannot stress this enough because right now Iām stuck with a car. I still owe $17,000 on and I am working with attorneys and the state agencies to work...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a revised review. I had to come back and change it a few days after initially driving off the lot with my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander plug in hybrid. From the moment I set foot on the lot I was welcomed by the friendly staff at Capitol City. Molly was fantastic and went out of her way to listen to my needs, ask questions and make recommendations. We test drove a couple different cars before I decided on one. The buying process was explained every step of the way and at no time did I feel pressured or uneasy in any way. Every employee I encountered at Capital City regardless of their involvement with my purchase were friendly and professional. This includes the people behind the scenes who did an amazing job detailing the car. As far the car itself, I had discovered within the first day that the touch screen was completely jacked up which was cause for some disappointment. As I write this it's exactly a week later and I just returned home from picking the car back up from Capital City after they had a new touch screen installed for me. I appreciate how they stepped up to the plate and made sure I was 100 percent happy with the purchase. Like many people out there I've probably heard that "approved by Joe" commercial on KGGO hundreds of times and the tail end of those commercials always have someone talking 100mph and you think to yourself "there must be a catch" All I know is I had a fantastic experience at Capital...
