I went to check out this store because a lot of people had told me it had prettty clothes for cheap but the moment i walked in the door the staff was incredibly rude and they followed me and toodler around the entire store and made rude remarks about the baby touching things. When I pointed out she was not throwing things down from the shelves or destroying things she was just checking it out kids touch things it’s part of how they explore our world. She replied “well if she could just not yea that would be great”. We proceeded to leave the store, the staff harrassed us the entire way out asking if we were actually going to buy anything. Well I was going to pick up a couple outfits for the girls if they hadn’t been so incredibly rude. Completely disgusted by the poor customer service. From the second i walked in to the moment i walked out, not a single employee welcomed me or offered to help me find something, or even said hello! I pride myself in providing great customer service at my place of work and know for a fact that i will NEVER return here! The prices are great and some of the clothes is also good, but this location should seriously reevaluate their employees. Even as i checked out, i was expecting / hoping that someone would greet me and ask how my shopping experience was. I received the complete opposite. Out of the 4 ladies that were in the front, not a single one said a word to me besides the lady who was checking me out who said "will that be debit or credit" and explained the return policy and that was it. Wanted a great experience but due to the managers terrible attitude unfortunately it wasn't. There were two different prices on the clothing rack one said $5 and the other said $3 . I kindly asked Ms. Attitude if the items were $5 or $3 . Ms Stank attitude said they're what the prices say.
