Ordered a bedroom set with a mattress paid everything up front cash so I wouldn’t have to deal with payments or anything was told about the 6-8 week wait for delivery throughout that time no one reached out to check in and let me know about anything decided to show up at the store because my 8 weeks is coming up they said oh yeah we heard from the company and it’ll be here Wednesday so we set up delivery for a couple days later called Wednesday to see if everything was still set up for delivery day because I have to take off work and now I have to wait longer after already waiting my 8 week period I will be getting my money back since I was told I could if after 8 weeks with no delivery terrible customer service and terrible business would...

I went in only knowing I wanted a bed frame. Theresa was very kind and patient as she went though hundreds of photos, showing me all the different styles of bed to get. We also went through several different bed options that would accommodate my main particular nee d (easily movable). Finally we found the bed and it was available to pick up shortly after ordering.
