After three separate visits to your store to get my Rifle appraised for a pawn was a complete waste of time. Your staff not knowing what they were looking at or know how to properly research a guns value says a lot when all documentation was there. My last encounter today assured I will never do business with this organization PERIOD. To call yourself gun experts offering top dollar for guns but yet have ZERO clue what I brought in, or know what or where to look for to identify the piece on those three separate occasions and even going as far as arguing with me is a complete disgrace to the gun community and the EZ Pawn Brand. I know what I brought in and what it’s worth as I have the insurance appraisal for this rifle that was done January of 2021. Another pawn shop won my business today and provided a night and day difference. Using eBay to price an antique gun and basing the value on a $136 dollar bid was a slap to my face. That was the only one the person today claimed they could find to assess the value even after me showing them other sites and what they were asking for similar rifles around $1,800 on multiple sites. Let your wild imagination run with the amount the offered me for a pawn based upon that $136 dollar evaluation today. Disgusting place, never again. I love shopping at pawn shops and this place is definitely off my list. I went in, the two employees there, did not greet any customers coming in, nor asked anyone if they needed anything. Finally after waiting at the jewelry counter, I went up to the them and asked if someone can show me some pieces, I was told to wait. The 2 we're in deep thought conversation , ignoring the customers. Finally, the lady decides to come over, doesn't greet me, doesn't say a word. I asked her if I can see a few pieces. Again doesn't speak. I'm pointing and trying to tell her the ones I would like to see and still no conversation. The only thing, she uttered was I need ID. Every single ring she showed me we're trash. They look so nice and big in the glass, but once removed, looks like she was handing me a different ring. Talk about trick glass. After 4 rings, I was done. She never said a word to me about the prices, the karate, the type of gold, nothing. This was the worst shop I've...

My wife sold our tv on the 6th and I was initially told the 21st would be the first day I could get it back. On the 21st I was told the 23rd - today - would be the first day it would be on sale. So I asked my mom to go in first thing this morning - when they open at 9. They were unprepared to open, more worried about their coffee orders than putting their drawers out. Then come to find out, they sold our tv yesterday. I was told Thursday would be the first day it would be available and they sold it yesterday.

They also got very nasty with my mother as she tried to explain. She had to repeat about 20 times that I was misled. Finally someone apologized but they were still rude.
