Subway — Restaurant in Des Moines

My wife just brought back food from this location and my chicken bacon ranch sandwich had about a quarter of the meat it's supposed to I literally had almost all bread in each bite and she said they probably made about 15 sandwiches without changing gloves and the guy didn't take that one pair of gloves off untill the computer literally wouldn't let him use it with the gloves on. I called and was ignored the first call and the second time the guy said there was no manager there. I've seen Subway's trying to clean up so they can walk out at close but they should at least be expected to give each customer what they paid for I am very upset at this experience and hope these employees are held accountable for this. I'm not one to normally write a review but oh man, I just left your store and whoever the woman behind the counter was terrible! I walked in and no one was in line in front of me and she completely ignored me "I said hi" and gave her a smile she responded with a glare and said "what?" I told her that I ordered my sandwich online (this is the first time I've ever ordered online so I didn't know where/there was a pick up window) and she literally glared at me and pointed to the window and said "it's up there!" I looked at her in shock walked over searched and grabbed my order and said thank you to her and again all she did was glare at me like she was going to take my soul and drag it back to hell with her. I was in on the 1st of Nov 2021 and had a new employee, who wasn't in any kind of uniform. That was the absolute worst part of the whole experience that I didn't even care about just happened to notice. He wasn't really well versed in sandwiches and it was obvious but with his enthusiasm and ability to take direction for a sandwich it made up for it. I was very pleased with my sandwich when I got home. I will definitely be going back and unfortunately this guy wasn't wearing a name tag or I would definitely give him a shout out.
