After placing an order for an item that was marked "In Stock" I received an email from Ash. He informed me that the item should not have been marked "In Stock" because they no longer had it. He did, however, offer to order the item from their distributor if I was willing to wait a longer delivery time. I was more than happy to wait since this item was a Christmas gift for my wife and at this point there was plenty of time, so I agreed. He informed me that it would take approximately 3-5 Weeks for him to receive the item which he would then send out with tracking.
Four weeks go by, I email Ash to see if there are any updates on my package. I get no response.
I send another email at the six week mark and get no response.
I contact Moxie's social media accounts at the nine week mark, I receive no response from any of them.
I join the Moxie Cardshop Discord Server well after I should have received my order and contact a staff member about the situation. They inform me that they have taken my order information down, escalated the situation with Ash, and that I should receive some kind of an update in the next few days.
Multiple days go by, I do not receive an email or discord message from Ash to resolve this situation. However, he is posting updates on their Discord Server so he's most definitely active.
Realizing that Ash is not interested in talking to me I knew my $546 wasn't getting refunded through him. So I escalated the situation with my bank which thankfully returned my money.
The item in question was the "Eevee Advanced Gift Box Full Bundle: Vaporeon, Flareon, & Jolteon" which is still marked as "In Stock" as of the day I am writing this review. (See attached photo)
I highly advice against making any purchases online with this store, especially larger ones that are or may need to be imported. I have a sneaking suspicion that I am not the only person who's attempted to purchase this particular bundle only to be told it shouldn't have been marked as "In Stock." Then being offered the opportunity to receive the item after a longer delivery period.

Read moreOrdered a final fantasy booster box through them. Shipped on time, was very excited. That was until I saw the packaging. Super thin cardboard box of minimum size with cardboard shielding. Obviously went through it, a bit banged up on the outside. Once I got the box open I see this pack of Moxie trash cards on top. They placed them outside the padding that was on TOP of the booster box. Once I pulled everything out of the way, the damage was done. The box was packaged in a way that basically guaranteed that the top of the box would get its perforation busted in as soon as the box got turned upside down. Which during shipping of course that will happen. It did. Notified the owner, zero contact. If you are a collector, I don't recommend buying from them online. Can't speak for the in person experience. But they will send you damaged items and just ignore you. Just a heads up. Now I am sitting here with a busted open box with the wizard wrap still on it..... Weeks later and still no reply at all. Didn't even bother to address the review. Zero contact. I have reported the issue everywhere I can. Nothing is being done at all. I honestly don't believe the 5 star reviews ab service. How can I? I checked this morning and they have blocked me on the app I bought them from. I literally just asked for a replacement. Take money, send damaged product, block customer. This tells me they saw the correspondence attempt and simply wanted to quietly avoid it. Gotta let people know. Only fair. Update! Read moreI am brand new to the TCG community so trying to get into the hobby so late in the game was a bit overwhelming. I decided to try my hand at One Piece and I am absolutely pleased with how much product they have in stock. From raw singles, starter decks, play mats, deck boxes, sleeves, booster packs/boxes, to other TCG accessories; they have everything you need to get started!
The owner Ash and his employee Tanner are always so nice and welcoming. They really take their time to address any inquiries you may have and make you feel like a priority. They are also super knowledgeable on new products coming out and deck building so you can start playing competitively. The shop also hosts locals for all kinds of TCG types. Although I only play One Piece, I have heard nothing but positive things about the other events.
I also enjoy collecting cards which is why I always run to Moxies whenever I am on the hunt for something. The inventory they keep in the shop is growing massive and is constantly rotating! They have everything nicely displayed so it makes it easy to browse and it's all priced super fair. They also have Set binders by the display cases just in case you're looking for any of the older cards. I also think this is the preferred way instead of shopping online, because I am able to see everything in person before purchase and I can get them the same day.
Moxie's has treated me well and the community they have built is absolutely amazing. I will be a customer for life and can't wait to go back for my next...
