I do not recommend coming here, first they are not organized stuff are messed up everywhere and it looks like they do not restock for a long time. Second the staff there are rude and avoid the customers and are very unhelpful. My personal experience I got to the checkout, there was only one cashier for all the customers and when I tried to checkout it took about 5 minutes and after that the cashier called the manager over which took another 3-4 minutes then he said the price was off on the things we got. I told them that the product had a price tag of 26.99 but he told me that it was supposed to be 149.99!! How outrageous, I told him that it could not be a mistake I checked the price of all the same toy to make sure but he told me that they all had mistakes. Obviously he just wanted money from me so I left without buying anything and left. So if you want misleading prices, bad customer service, expensive things that break easily, and a messy and unorganized store then this store is the perfect place to go. Will NEVER come back...
Read morethe older gal at the register was so pleasant that it made up for the stocking employee who was chatting it up and acted like it was terribly bothersome to have asked her about the current sale. i love hobby lobby and always try to internet shop there since i live equally inconvenient from the ones in metro dsm (both locations are high traffic areas and I dont have the time management skills to work around that lol). Unfortunately I seem to also bother the app by taking too long to place my order 🤣. if i buy everything i want all at once then i would live in a beautiful hobby lobby themed cardboard box... and not be able to internet window shop OR drive with my cardboard car... so please address my time blabbing out a review by: 1) remind employees about common courtesy behavior (blame covid...) 2) "clear cart" button for the app so people can start fresh if they wait a month and dont want what they used to, but then also noone has a deadline 3) way cheaper shipping OR "Pickup In Store"...
Read more1 cashier - 1 manager and 20+ min wait to not purchase needed items. I gave the 1 star for the selection and variety in the store. The four missing stars are for the service today. I actually liked this store in the past, but I had to leave without my items today. Headed to the two open registars to leave. And this young gal, assuming a manager, proceeds to shut down one lane, pushing 8-9 people into one lane. It's not normally a problem, but this line is not moving due to the cashier dealing with a cart full of returns. After 20+ minutes of waiting, seeing the manager not make eye contact with anyone in the lane just staring to the back of the store with a smug, angry look I had to leave. She could have taken over the return or, better yet, waited until customers checked out before shutting down the only aisle that was selling product. Next time I need something I will go the extra 30+ minutes to the other store in town. Need to work on customer service...
