Oh my gosh! I forgot how good this place is! It's been years since I've been here and I don't know why. I wanted something fast and not too expensive for dinner so I stopped in with my husband. I got the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and it was SO DANG GOOD!
The girl behind the counter was so friendly and nice. She greeted us when we came in. When I asked for water and two different kinds of sauces, she kept saying, "Of course. It's my pleasure." She acted like she was genuinely happy to serve me. I've never gotten this kind of service from an employee at a fast food place before. The manager needs to be commended for training the employees to be friendly and helpful. So many employees are drips with no personality or manners these days.
Our food came out super fast. And let me tell you about the sauces. I'm a sauce fanatic, so for me, a sauce can make or break a meal. I got their sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce and my husband got their cheese sauce. They were both amazing! They went perfectly with the spicy chicken sandwich. They also had a wide variety of other sauces. I was in sauce heaven. There are other chicken places in town that are very good, but I have to say, Chick-fil-A has the best sauces that I've ever tasted. For me, it's all about the sauce. My husband got their peppermint shake and that was very good, too.

Read moreLast night I ordered through the Chick-fil-A mobile app for carry out. I arrived at 7 PM Only to find out that they had shut down early. I had checked on Facebook to double check and see if they were open, as they typically post on their page when they are closing early. The mobile app allowed me to put the order through and took my money. When I arrived at the store they were closing down and the manager told me that she cannot help me as the kitchen had closed already and that she would take my phone number and contact me tomorrow in regards to a refund. Today I did not receive a phone call of any sort. I made another trip to the Chick-fil-A location only to be told by a different manager that they cannot issue refunds in store and that I would need to call corporate. Amber, which is who I spoke to you last night was there today and refused to make eye contact with me or talk to me today. So this was my second trip to this location that resulted in nothing. Why take my phone number if you’re not going to call me? Why tell me to come into the store for a refund when you can’t do one in the store? This was a waste of my time and money. I ordered a meal for my husband and son through the drive-thru, and by the time I got home and opened the food, we were extremely disappointed. The mac and cheese was burnt, the sandwiches were soggy, and the fries tasted stale and old. The food was inedible, so we ended up not eating it at all.
I called the restaurant to explain the situation and request a full refund. The manager assured me he would credit the meal to my rewards on the app by the end of the night, which did not happen. To make matters worse, he was not apologetic in the slightest and did not follow through on his promise.
