1 star working environment wasn’t pleasant. I am mentally scarred. It makes me cry just how I was treated. My daughter loves this place. So I go for her. To much favoritism. Don’t have a box come up missing they will blame you even when you are doing 5 other things. Manager lock you out of the Arcade storage room where before your stuff was at. I literally didn’t trust them with my drink back there. Belittled you. When you tried to say something it’s dismissed. Meetings when I was off showed up waiting for managers to show up10-15 mins after. I was helping a customer with his card at the register and then was told to go to the floor and help someone else. Leaving the card there I got back and was asked what happen to the guys game card. I was like I have it to you. I was panicking. I asked the customer he said the same thing. She looks at me like I did something wrong. She gave away 100.00 to someone else and had to make another 100.00 card. After talking to the other manager but never said sorry. I was told I don’t vibe well. I am not saying I want mlfs 24/7 and I am here to work. Something always broke but it always was my fault someone because I worked on the mornings, i taught how to do something but was doing it wrong in someone else eye so I couldn’t touch it again. Made me feel like I was dumb. Manager did talk about me. I caught them and they looked at me like deers in head lights. I had told a manager about something not being done and she rudely told me to clean it up. I was clean it up but was told by the owners to tell her. She deleted her message because it was really rude. Someone urine on the blow up chair in the mens bathroom and it smelled like urine so bad. It went to the dumpster but I smelled like urine for my whole shift. I was told it’s getting better. I really hope it is. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with them. Tonight was our first time at Gameday and it was chef's kiss great! We went around 4 pm so we could have time at the arcade with our kids before dinner. It was busy but there are enough games that we didn't have to wait for anything, and I saw an employee running around wiping off games which is always nice to see! The young lady who helped my kids pick out their prizes was so kind and patient which you NEVER get at Chuck E Cheese! We walked over to eat when we were done playing and were greeted by a server and her trainee. I don't remember their names unfortunately, but they were great and so nice! If you only knew the experience we had at applebees last week you would know how much it meant to my family and I that the service was not only friendly but top notch and the food was flippin delicious!! (To the server with braids, my daughter wanted to tell you how much she loved your braids and beads, "she's beautiful" she said!! :) ) I'm going to be craving those cheese curds forever YUM! Highly recommended, I only hope you have the experience we had!! Big thanks to everyone working tonight, you all are awesome! Went to eat there and half of the restaurant was set up as reserved. Went and sat at one of the long tables, which had a reserve sign on it because we had a big party, and a waitress looked at us multiple times and didn't approach us for 15 to 20 minutes. After this time period she comes over and informs us us that the table is reserved, not asking if there are more people coming or if we are eating and is very rude! We inform that we have more coming and since she wants to be rude, we will go some where else. As I was walking out, I can only assume that it was the manager, came over to me and asked me if we needed menus. I informed her that due to the waitresses rudeness, we are not going to eat here and also explained to her that it is hard to to get 8 adults and 2 kids in the booths and keep the big tables reserved or closed off from everyone else. She said that she was trying to get things worked out. I informed her that it wasn't going to work out since the waitress already had given us an attitude. If a guest and/or patron has to wait for that long to be recognized then they must not be worth they're time or money. Just remember word of mouth get...
