Ive spent about 5 Grand here. one of the bed sets were not put together the right way. the bed would shake and the headboard wasn't tightened all the way onto the Fram. there was plastic accents that started to peel and I asked the delivery man why is it like this and he told me not to make a big deal out of it and super glue it back on. um ok..... I would highly recommend you go somewhere else go spend a extra 500 dollars for anything. they are cheap and they will not last longer then 2 months. save your money because I know you worked hard for it and u want to be able to rest on a bed and not be cautious about your movements on a bed. a bed should at least be able to withstand u rolling over to the other side. for months I've been calling and getting redirected to different workers have been calling since January and were in the beginning of June. the bed started to crack and break and for the past month I've been sleeping on my couch or the floor waiting for them to come. PLEASE BEWARE* all the stores are the same the home center franchise. stay smart save ur money and put it to something that will not only last longer but not break two months. the customer service is horrific they like to take your number down and never call you again and when u call them and tell them what's going on they act like they've never heard it before. also I believe all the reviews that are more then 1 star are family members and employees trying to outweigh the negative and truth comments about this place. furniture king if your reading this better your service better your products don't sell cheap things for more then their worth. stop stealing from these hard working families just for ur...

It was revealed to me weeks later that those seniors had Bed Bugs and were still being treated. Unfortunately, the SC in the senior building neglected to share that information. However, if I’d known, I never would’ve purchased those items. It has been a month and no delivery because the seniors keep rescheduling. I called the store to let them know we needed a refund because we only receive a small portion weekly to run the mission, and I needed those funds to help others who are in an immediate need. I was denied a refund. I’m overly disappointed because no one has a genuine heart or concern for others anymore and it’s disheartening. If they never received anything at all, why no refund?
