As you can see by my prior review, this location has declined substantially. I went there today just a little after 1:00 P.M. and found their lot empty. As I was parking I noticed a lady approaching the front door with a key. As she unlocked the door I asked her from my cars rolled down window if the place was open. She told me that it was so I Proceeded to park and headed for the door only to find it locked with no employees anyvin site behind the counter. I knocked but no one ever responded. I left to find somewhere else to eat. I will not ever return to this location again.

I was, once again, suffering from the "Crave" but this time everything was FUBAR. I placed my order for 20 HAMBURGERS with MUSTARD & PICKLES ONLY. They rang my order in and I paid with my card. Upon examining the receipt, I had to inquire why the total was over $23.00. I asked if the price went up because the order board said it should be LESS than $20.00 and was told that CHEESE BURGERS cost more. To which I responded, "I know that but I didn't order them, I ordered HAMBURGERS.". This started a panic nightmare for those behind the counter. After watching this, for just less than a minute, I told them I would take the Cheese Burgers that they wrongfully made and pay the difference just make sure there is Mustard & Pickles ONLY on them. And I emphasized again, absolutely NO KETCHUP. They completed my order and I took it and went home. I opened the case to enjoy my treats only to discover that the ONLY Things on the burgers was KETCHUP & Pickles. I didn't want to drive all the way back so I ate some as they were. I couldn't stand them that way and will throw the rest away. It was a complete waste of time and money. The moral of this story is to recommend to all who read it, EXAMINE your order carefully when ordering from this location.

I was suffering from the "Crave" so I Googled a White Castle đ° to satiate my hunger and headed to this location. It's definitely a busy spot as I noticed when I arrived. The Drive Thru lane was lined up all the way around the building đ« so I went inside to order. There were 3 others ahead of me in line but I still had my order placed in less than 5 minutes. At that point I had to wait almost 15 to get my order, which happens often at any White Castle due to the small grill sizes they have and the large volume of burgers in (almost) every order.    Read moreIf you're a Door Dasher, this location is slow. Lines are almost always long and nearly out to the road and they don't move quickly at all. The lobby is closed/locked and even though my DoorDash order is said to have been ready 15 minutes ago or more, the staff will make you wait in a drive-thru line (of like 10+ cars always) just to pick up an order that's ready and now has just been sitting in there getting cold.
Can't speak upon the food or the quality of it, but I can't imagine that your White Castle will be that great delivered after sitting in the restaurant for 30+ minutes for the wait in the drive-thru line and then sits in the car for the 10-15+ minute drive to drop it off. (I wouldn't ever even give this location my money for my own order with how poor the service is.)
All in all, IF you're a Door Dasher you may want to not accept orders here. I sat in a drive-thru line for over 45 minutes for an order that was already done and ready to go according to the app. So, if you're making $5 or less and spending a half hour to 45 minutes or more between waiting in a drive-thru line and then getting the food to your customer, it's not really worth it in my opinion.
Came back a few weeks later to edit my review, as I waited in this drive-thru line for almost an hour to pick up a SIMPLE DoorDash order that was already marked as ready before I even arrived. Sad.
You might as well cook a 5-course meal at home because you could do it much more quickly than waiting in this White...
   Read moreI came to this location with my 12 year old for two icees. We sat patiently in line for over 30 min before I even got to the window. When we finally got to the window I was greeted however, after the initial greeting the staff didn't answer again for about another 30 mins. When the staff finally answered back, I told her what we wanted then she told me that the machine is down. This would have been ok if I wasn't trapped in the line with cars in front and in back of me. Trapped, I then I asked "well can you compensate me for my time"? The female at the speaker flat out told me no. When I stated what? She then offered me a drink. The the manager who, by the way was cool as hell, talked to me then told the worker to give me 25% off a small onion chip but the simpleton couldn't do that right.
