Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Detroit

We tried this place for the first time ever today...and I was thoroughly disappointed.

First, in all fairness they had a long line so waiting to be helped initially was understandable...

But, then it took a turn....at the window. Confirmation of order fine... Paid fine...$30...for two meal of two sliders and Cajun fries...two sodas. Pricey, but it's Detroit, so you expect to be gouged in the wallet but whatever. The window shuts and drive-thru employee left to take phone order. About 4 minutes later, we watch people (MEN) come out with food to go boxes from the kitchen, and they set them by the drive-thru window...okaaay. They disappeared into the back!

10 minutes goes by... We've paid, So, we wait...

At the 15 mins with no word or acknowledgement we see a line behind us forming... someone honks...NO RESPONSE.

FINALLY, a minute later some comes out of the back empty handed...picks up the 2 boxes which were had set them and opens the window. They asked what we ordered...he shoved it at us, closed the window. Are sodas are sitting next to him. He walks away.....We honk and asks loud but nicely about out sodas. Nothing!

He walked away. We ended up with cold food, fries with so much seasoning they were inedible. It was gross and a waste of money.

If you choose to open a restaurant..... make sure you don't treat your customers like they owe you. They don't.

You are there for them. Service is key. They will NOT BE getting my patronage.

Save your cash and go somewhere you will be appreciated for spending hard earned money on their services.

First of all I called in a pizza The young lady I spoke with told me 25 minutes I waited 20 minutes before I left my job to get the food I pulled up to the drive through window waiting 10 minutes no one never said anything it was someone in back of the building that work there he said he'll go in and let them know I'm at the driveway window he went back in came out since somebody would be with me shortly they never came to the microphone and send anything so I pulled off and they don't have to worry about me ever going back because I'm not going to beg someone to take my money maybe they will just having a bad day but they could have said anything over the microphone to let me know that I'm sorry so we're not sending people or give me a minute I'll be right with you I sent the 20 minutes and they never said anything I don't even have that longer patients with my wife to...
