Campbell's Antiques — Local services in Dewey

The couple invited me back into the shop area to search for something I was looking for. As I was searching, I got the feeling like I was wasting his time. He began repeating himself with not too subtle hints that I would be better off shopping elsewhere. Then, I spotted the item that I was looking for. When I asked him for a price, he made some grumbling sound and said he'd have "to research it." That's when it hit me that he was wasting MY time! Why would he offer to take me into the shop area if he didn't have any intention of selling? I give it a 2 because they have some very cool items, but he reminded me of how some individuals who have problems with hoarding issues will say what they think you want to hear, but really have no interest in parting...

Very nice people who were both very helpful. Not sure why they would receive less then at least a 4 star review. As for closing earlier than you expected, the review from 9 months ago, they are semi-retired. Just had to add my own two-cents especially after reading the other reviews as our experience there...

It was 3:30 when we arrived at store and they were supposed to close at 5. We were about to walk in and was told they were closing REALLY poor way to run business --- especially when there are 4 women ready...
