I called in an set an appointment to get four new tires on my truck. I brought the tires in so they could put them on. The man told me it would take them up to two hours to put all four tires on. They called me an hour later and told me that they only could put one tire on and that they didn’t WANT to do the rest. I understand some tires can be more difficult than others and considering that my truck is slightly lifted and has bigger tires I understand that changing the tires on my truck wouldn’t be like changing tires in a little car. But when you have a business that changes tires I would expect more skilled people in the back working in auto. And it is completely unprofessional to tell a paying costumer that you don’t “want” to put the tires on a vehicle that you are paying them to do. The employees are paid hourly to do their job. There are many things I don’t “want” to do at my job, but I do them anyways because that’s what I am paid to do. I will not be returning (considering they told me they especially don’t want my truck back in the future) I will be taking my truck and my money down the road to...

Can't thank Josh in auto enough!!! My tire went flat 30 minutes from home and wouldn't take any air.. My father in law brought me in 10 minutes passed the closing time for the auto shop and without question still took my car to replace my tire. They realized(oops) my two front tires were bald as well so they offered to change those for me as well! Such great customer service and I can't say thank you enough. I came in crying and left so happy with my new tires. Lately I haven't found many people willing to go the extra mile for a customer and without flinching at all Josh agreed to take on my car despite it meaning he would get off late on a Saturday and the NFL playoffs on. We went to the store yesterday to look at the Massimo 550 UTV. They are the only place we could find that allowed us to hear it run and drive it. A young girl named Kayla helped us out. Unfortunately this one had some mechanical issues with the drivetrain. But was still able to drive it and hear the sound level. She called every other store within a hundred miles trying to find one for us. After probably an hour plus located one in Cedar Rapids. Don't often get service like that knowing they are not going to get the sale. We could have called around but she was most gracious to take her time and check into everything for us.
