I went in to replace a new key for my laptop. The employees were friendly and said that they would have to order an entirely new keyboard, instead of just the one broken key, but they weren't sure if they were even able to order it for this model. They took my name and number and promised to call me about it when they found out. It's been 2.5 weeks and no call. I assume they forgot about me, since I can't imagine it takes several weeks just to find out about the possibility of ordering an item.
