My first time ever trying Sonics. Who ever owns this place needs to fire everyone. I drive up and want to have the experience. I pushed the button for my order and the little girl said sorry there's a wait of about 7 minutes before I can take your order. I said okay (I wanted the experience) Then she came back and said the drive thru is open no one's there. ( I took this to mean that I had to go) I proceeded to the drive thru and not to my surprise there was a vehicle in the drive thru and they hadn't even ordered yet. As I still tried to stay positive I asked the girl what comes on the chicken sandwich.? She said, "Chicken mayo, lettuce and pickles. I said, "Okay I'll have the meal with a large lemonade. I received meal approximately 15 minutes later and I left, as I was driving home I ate some of the fries and not to my surprise they were cold and soggy. They actually tasted refried.😡 To upset to turn back, I tried the chicken sandwich and it was cold with a distinct bad after taste. Read moreThey intentionally gave me the wrong order after repeating the correct one multiple times. I ordered a large mozzarella stick, sprite with blackberry syrup, and large tater tots. We received a small tater tot, 2 corn dogs, and a sprite with less than 1/4 the normal blackberry syrup. So they knew what my order was but intentionally gave me the wrong thing. To top it off, not a single person wore a mask when they're required by law in this area. I love sonic but this location has had constant issues over the last year. Nearly Everytime you go here they are incredibly slow to complete the smallest of orders. Their lines take FOREVER, not because of the number of customers, but because they are in no hurry to do anything. If you are the only person in line and order just a drink or two, expect to wait 15 minutes for just your car. Also, they've had a speaker system that's worse than any fast food place I think I've ever been to. They can't hear you and you can hardly hear them because it's so distorted. I went to Sonic and waited for someone to take my order it took about 5mins until someone Took the order. I placed the order and then it went silent after for about another five minutes. I asked if I should drive up to the window and I did not hear anything for another five minutes and so decided to say that I canceled my order and drove away as it took way too long. I called corporate to let them know the issue, and they had the manager call me and the manager was trying to justify what happened. Saying that I drove off while the employee was making it however, the employee could’ve told me to drive to the window instead of saying nothing there was absolutely no communication or anything. These reviews , tell me this is a reoccurring issue and nothing has been done.
