Worse experience ever! I have been a customer for many years. I have bought 2 bed sets and a living room set from them before. I will never buy from them again! I paid for delivery and set up. Unfortunately I was not home when they delivered because we had set up a date and they decided to delivery a day early. They didn’t finished assembling so when I got home after a long day at work I wasted 3 hours of my time putting my bed set together. As well as the two men that delivered were trying to get my mother to pay another delivery/ set up fee when I had already paid. They were trying to fool my mother and get extra money. I did not appreciate that. Thankfully my mom didn’t budge and did not pay them. My mother stated that the men told her that I could finish the set up. This infuriated me because I had paid for delivery and assembly. When I bought the furniture I made sure the bed set was gonna be fully set up. The sales girl confirmed when I asked her about it being set up. I even sprained my hand from moving furniture and had a visit to urgent care because it got swollen! I went in person to talk to them and they seem like they didn’t care. I was informed to contact the owner/ manger. I have called a few times and the head person is never there. Worse customer service experience I've ever gotten. If I was the owner of this store I would be pissed off. My husband and I walked in. We were walking right up to the front desk one of the girls looked at us then put her head down and ignored us until we asked where the mattresses were at. She answered us and just pointed in the direction. My husband knows a lot about mattresses so he was the one explaining to me the different firmness and what was inside of a mattress. We found one that we liked and wanted to buy it, but no one ever came to help us. One girl, she was really light completed, she was busy with a customer, but there was another girl that was there she was just sitting down not doing anything. Little did those girls know that I was wanting to buy the mattress that was on the floor, and had 3 thousand dollars cash in my pocket to spend. I wanted to get possibly get a new bed set or couches. I still had more money in my account depending if I saw something I liked I'd pay more, but what's the point of buying something if I gotten sell myself on something.. I dont think so! I have shopped Seranos for over 20 years and I was treated very rude today. I was working with cashier to purchase my items and someone else came in. They had me wait to take her payment. I told them to call me when it was my time. I went to the car to get me some gum when the sales guy came out accusing me of making the store look bad by walking out. I told him i came to my car to get gum. The sales person said that I had wasted his time showing me around and then threaten me by telling me that they have the right to refuse service. I went back in to the store put my down payment on the items that I had purchased. And left. All my furniture in my house including the refrigerator, stove bed you name it has been purchased there. I'm heart broken by the way I was treated it was so convenient for me to shop there but if I have drive to another...
