I needed help installing a head unit in my Jeep. For a couple weeks, any chance I had to put this thing together ended in more confusion. I was spinning my wheels, and my wife was not happy with all the time i was wasting. So it was time. I had to bring in the big guns. I walked in to Audio Video Connection, and right away, Eric listened to my request, and gave me a very fair and honest assessment of what they could do to get this head unit installed. So I set up the appointment. It was a month away, but that was fine. I needed the pros to finish the job. Eric let me know that if anyone cancels in the meantime, he would give me a call. Later that afternoon, I get a call from him. Someone canceled for the next day! Whoa! Super stoked, I brought my Jeep in and in a matter of moments it was complete. Josh did an excellent job of installing the head unit with Bluetooth capabilities and all the other bells and whistles. These folks are incredible!
