We came here with friends to celebrate a birthday... to say the least, we weren't disappointed. Very clean inside with rustic decor adding to it's warm ambience. Numerous wines adorned the walls we could pick from, and they had a fantastic drink menu to select from as well. I eneded up choosing the "fruit invasion" for my first drink. This is a nice upscale place in Dixon. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with exposed brick and wood floors. It is also very well lit which is a nice change from the usual dark dreary bars. I don't remember my servers name, but she clearly understands that she works in a service industry. Her attention to details coupled with her warm, friendly personality added to the experience. The Crystal Cork is the gem of downtown Dixon. Whether a fun Friday or casual weeknight, there is always a wonderful atmosphere in this place. They have a wonderful martini selection, wines (of course), and other beer and mixed drinks.
