Service was a little disappointing. Hair style and color were great. Will not return though. I didnt feel welcome, they helped 4 other customers at counter. Which in turn made me 20 min late for my appointment. The stylist said I needed to come early, which I did but I stood in the salon for 3 min before they even asked me "what I needed". I said I had appointment and they said sit it will be a few.minutes. then comes in two ladies and she helped then for a good 10 min. Then another one and finally she told me that since I was late there was not appointment in my name. I gave time and date and gave them the card. 5 minutes later she said oh. We found it, you need to schedule your name not your step daughters. I said my husband made the appointment for me to spoil me. You guys happen to be doing my step daughter hair that day....not my mistake. So they blamed me for "being late", not have correct name on appointment, and as soon as I sat in the chair she hardly spoke. I was talking but she would say yes no. Small sentences.
