The company itself was amazing. The recipient wasn't home the first attempt, and their communication with me was fantastic. They tried again later, and all was well. The reason I docked a star because I paid extra "deluxe" for additional blooms. The one that was delivered doesn't even appear to have as many blooms as the "standard" arrangement, it has hardly any greenery, and a ton of strange brown and gold stuff, and brown ribbon. There was no brown ribbon in the original photo. All being said though, my friend loved them, and they delivered the same day. There’s absolutely no reason whatsoever for a business owner. To reply to any bad reviews or any negative feedback regarding their business. Either take the feedback as it is, or don’t. Clearly the roll as “business owner” doesn’t hit the owners mark of interest. Just a reminder to everyone an entrepreneur is a professional who takes risk and seeks for opportunities. A entrepreneur is not a person who screenshots reviews and proceeds to make side remarks about the person or their own personal prospects of the business.
