Jalisco Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Dodge City

Honestly... Not worth $50... The ground beef was bland and boiled in water, portions were small and disappointing for the price of the meals... $5 for chips and salsa, $5 per order of rice and beans (portions could literally fit in the tiny salsa bowls they give for the chips and salsa)... Definitely not worth $12 per combination.... My kids food looked either burnt or just fried in dirty oil... Idk how you can screw up chicken nuggets.. but they were both hard yet spongy.... It's been years since I've been there but after today will no longer be spending my money for highway robbery food prices, sucky service and TINY portions.... Very very disappointed.... If I could give 0 stars I would.... Brought the wrong drinks twice.... First waitress didn't listen... Second one was okay but very negligent.. The cooks... I don't even wanna know what their deal was but just all around very disappointed.... Taco Bell would've been a better option... At least spending $50 we could've gotten at these 2-3 lunches/dinners EACH... My kid was trying not to throw up from the nuggets, my wife was disappointed, I was trying not to throw up from super bland and questionable ground beef and from the texture of the "rice" (that shit was chewy at some points super crunchy and rubbery in other bites..) Honestly.... Could've possibly been made with dog food... Even had white cooks cooking in Mexican restaurants that could do better than this and season it better....... Also side note ...... GROUND BEEF SHOULD NOT BE BOILED AND RICE SHOULD NOT HAVE A RUBBER CONSISTENCY 😭😭😭🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Do better guys.... I know y'all are in a mall... But damn I've had better food in mall court food stands in run...

Do not recommend Jaliscos in the mall. I've been going there since I was a little girl. The food has always been great. However, since moving back to Dodge with my husband and children they've always been extremely rude, again we go for the food and put up the the rudeness. Yes we always leave a tip, even with the horrible service. We went in this evening and it was horrible. My son knocked over a drink, not on purpose as he's not even 1. We apologized and helped clean. Then the chips were stale and we asked if we could get a new basket. Not thinking that was a big deal. The owners came out and told us that nothing was wrong with the chips, they weren't going to bring us more. They weren't going to refill the drink that was spilled and that we could leave if we didn't like it and not come back. We definitely will never go back. Absolutely no...

This place had gone down hill since I last visited, usually only get the rice and nacho deluxe so can't say much about the other food, but when we arrived they set us at a table in the back corner by the door with a bunch of flies so we asked to move. Took about 20 min to get our drink order but eventually they came around. I get that they were busy but one lady was just sitting watching everyone else work. Also watch and ask about their menu prices, menu said one price and when we went up to pay it was more because she said everything was going up a dollar or so because of inflation and acted like it wasn't a big deal to just charge whatever she felt and expected us to pay that amount. I'd say look into other places to eat in dodge...
