I would give a zero star rating if i could. The lady who picks up the phone whom I believe is named Daisy is very unprofessional. I placed my order 8 days ago and prior to that I had already spoken to her trying to place my order. She kept telling me that she will call me back and failed to do so on various occasions. I decided to call back today and see the progress of my order and if I could have a set date estimate as to when my order will be fulfilled. She then proceeded to explain why it has been taking long. I gave her a scenario where a 1 pallet grass was ordered and if someone else ordered 10 pallets a week later she said that the customer with the bigger order is served first regardless of how long the previous customer was waiting. She scoffed and told me that people had been waiting for over a month in a jeering voice. I proceeded to explain my dissatisfaction with the way this business was handling orders as I am a business student in my last year and this did not make sense to me since this method seems to push customers away. After hearing this she raised her voice angrily at me and told me “ why don’t you run your own business some day?!”. She told me that loyal/ long term customers are served first and then new customers come after. I told her that I was aware that a huge part of a company’s revenue comes from loyal customers that it can be up to 60% or more but if she was ignoring new customers that could have potential to become long term customers but have a bad experience like me then why would people want to pursue a business relationship with them in the future.? An employee represents their company and if they act unprofessional to a customer that is communicating her dissatisfaction without yelling or degrading the employee and the employee responds by raising her voice at me and telling me “ why don’t you run your own business some day!?” it really shows what type of people this company hires. But the first time and second time I called and asked about delivery, the information changed from 16 pallets per load to 10 pallets per load. Then the day before I needed the sod i called again but the pallets I needed could not be confirmed. So the person I spoke to said I would get a call if there were any problems (rain can be problem apparently). I had a crew of men at my property at 6:30am to get the ground ready. Later on I called because my grass wasn't delivered yet at 9:55am. Then 40 minutes later I get a call and the person said that my order was cancelled and no grass will be cut for two weeks because they had to spray the entire field.
