Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Donna

I've been going to this Dutch Bros, but hadn't gone in about 3 weeks. I finally was able to go this morning due to my work being delayed. There was 5 cars ahead of me and no one outside taking orders. I assumed because of the cold weather, they were taking orders at the window. However, once I turned the corner and passed the menu, a guy with glasses and pink suspenders came out along with what I assume was a trainee. First they went to the second lane, and then made their way to my vehicle. I opened my window ready to order and the man, with a rude tone for absolutely NO REASON, told me "Ma'am, next time you see us taking orders if you can please wait at the menu." NEVER have I been told this, nor is there a sign that says this specifically. I get to the window and the barista hands me a drink that isn't mine, and I politely say that it isn't my drink. She then gives me a face and acts like it's an inconvenience. I'm sorry you had to WORK today during the cold weather but we ALL have to work. Came to visit some family here in Texas from Alabama and of course Dutch bros does not exist yet in Alabama don’t ask me why !! at least not closed where I live ,so first time here wonderful staff ,but Ms Natalie Herrera the one that took my order was so nice with a big smile and so so patience with me cause I had no idea what I wanted I love coffee but was so confused of what to get here so definitely ,Natalie help me and my lil family get exactly what we wanted best coffee I’ve ever tried Thankyou Dutch bros !! And Thankyou Natalie for being so kind and sweet and absolutely patience, we need more people like you in this environment definitely coming back on my next visit too Texas .We need one in Alabama!!!...

I cannot express how much I love this Dutch Bros location! I’ve gone to various locations and they are all amazing but this one specifically is on another level. They are always so happy and ready for their customers. I go quite often but recently I went and was having quite the day and they were so caring and kind. I wish I could remember all the employees names but it doesn’t matter because I’ve had an outstanding experience with every single one of them. Not only is staff fantastic, the drinks are 100/10! They’re definitely doing something right. So glad I have the privilege of being able to meet these wonderful people and give my business to this Dutch Bros! This is the best...
