ARA Food Corporation — Local services in Doral

I gave this company 3 stars. Their chips are excellent. I like that they are made to order. However the customer service is lacking. From the website to actually trying to get someone on the phone from their company is like pulling hair. A month ago I tried to order some chips costing $18. , the shipping came up to $127. ( on an $18. Box of chips). I contacted the company and they said they were experiencing some Problems. Note that I tried to order from the site about 3 months before that as well and it was the same thing. Anyway they sent me a out a free sample which I appreciate. I like the chips so much that I wanted to order some more. The site does not work with Google chrome not internet edge only explorer. Who makes their site in these days and times to only work with Internet Explorer and not Google chrome? Anyway, after adding chips to the cart, it came up to $40. With an extra $20. for shipping.... $20. To ship some chips?!! I am hoping this is a glitch. I attempted to contact the company but as usual no one in the sales department answers just like the 10 times before when I've attempted to reach them. And the customer service rep was of no help, didn't seem to know what she was talking about. So sad... for such a great product, it is poorly represented by those selling it. Unfortunately this is my only option to purchase as I cannot find it in any store...

They do not take the phone and when they reply they are not polite. Seems like they do not care about...
