I called midtown location fist to ask if they had a cover for my electrical panel. The guy I spoke wasn’t helpful and a little rude/short while I was trying to explain my issue. I didn’t give up on City Electric I decided to call Doravile location. I was met with understanding and great customer service on the phone. When I arrived the experience was even better. Maggie went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. She called me back and kept me in the loop trying to explore other options to get my issue resolved and with her help all my problems was solved. Very horrible customer service !!!!no one spoke to me while I was there ,waiting to be served. There Three dividuals behind the register and no one said give me a minute and I’ll be with you nothing.
