I had a very disappointing experience picking up a U-Haul from this location. The woman handling the U-Haul rental was extremely rude and dismissive. We were made to wait while she prioritized her antique store customers, and when she finally attended to us, she was curt and unhelpful. She rushed through the paperwork without answering any of our questions and came across as a grumpy and unpleasant person.
