I am not Pleased at all with Spending 500 to 600 Dollars on a Kingsize Mattress Set Then when I told Jerry how it has been hurting mine and my husband back. He 1st told me that he would get back with me. 2 weeks ago. So today I called back and got in touch with him to find out if it had a Warranty he was very nasty to me. Saying that he will just give me my 600 dollars back and I basically couldn’t afford nothing better that’s why I didn’t spend more money. The mattress set I bought from him he said was a Guest room type mattress Wat that mean I have no clue because people want their guest to even be Comfortable. He hung up the phone in my face and he was Very Rude to me. If I was Satisfied I would not be complaining. It feels like you are Climbing a Hill when getting up off this Mattress. We came across this awesome small business in passing. Newly relocated to the area we were uncertain of where we would get honesty and value. After several days of contemplating we drove up to this establishment. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. It was pretty refreshing to get an awesome welcome. Jerry and his staff were helpful and informative. They inquired about the sizes we were needing and shared the different selections and even recommended we lay on a couple so we know what we are purchasing. Just their vibe was enough to sell us over. We decided to make our purchase. Mr. Jerry assisted us in loading them and tieing securely. Love this place. Jerry and Jay were excellent. Jerry took his time and helped my wife and I select a great firm mattress with an unbeatable price. Jay delivered the product the same day and was very careful in locating to the room we needed it in. These guys went beyond and above. My vehicle's battery died in the parking lot while we were shopping. Both gentlemen went out of their way to help me go to the auto parts store down the street and even install the battery.
