She assisted with set-up, was patient, persistent, and efficient. I walked in with a broken phone from another service, and i walked out with a new phone, complete with contacts, account set up, and everything I wanted for a great price. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff that work there! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile. My husband ended up upgrading his phone which they were great with transferring everything over from his old phone to new one.
