If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER had I been treated with so much disrespect.. the elder man in charge had me crying the whole way home. Please get a new manager because all I did was turn in some used items and was treated as if I was nothing... I explained to him that I'm not sure what are in these bags , some of it is junk but some of it is worth something. I took 3 trips in and he came outside to talk to me and basically called me a liar for saying it was new.. the items were new in plastic and he told me I'm just there to dump my junk. It’s been 3 years ago or so I took a whole suv full of lightly used baby clothes and knickknack items along with some Christmas items much of the stuff was brand new from my grandchildren and top name labels when I got there it was 20 minutes till closing time and the guy that was collecting the stuff outback threw a fit to say that he was an asshole would be nice, but that’s exactly what happened. I just took a whole car load of stuff there and the old man who unloaded it was out right rude. I asked for my totes back and he told me I would have to change out everything myself. The interesting part about that is I was just there Monday and they unloaded everything into their totes without any hesitation. The man was absolutely obnoxious.
