I just wanted to say that I absolutely love Wabash Lanes the staff is very professional and accommodating. We spend every Friday and Saturday night there. I just so happened to be there the night Kristina Knotts was there just two lanes down from her and her family. I'm not quite sure how you expect a problem or an issue to be resolved when you were yelling from the lane to the desk to try and get your problem resolved while the lady working the desk was busy trying to take care of other customers that were patiently waiting their turn. Your family was very rude and obnoxious acting like you were the only ones in the bowling alley that mattered that very busy evening. Yes occasionally a lane will malfunction but that is a part of life. The staff was working hard to fix the machine and when they finally had lanes open they offered to move you. I just can't believe you would be so low to make a public post trying to bash a great area business when in reality you were the ones that made my experience that night a poor one. They always look for ways to make the customer experience enjoyable.
