Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dover

I went through the drive thru after work and wanted nacho fries( i thought they still had them) and when i asked for them the lady at the speaker named Heidi was extremely rude and basically yelled “NO” at me and once i went up to the window she was even more rude. I told her that should probably change their menu board and take the nacho fires down and she’s like “no one reads that shit” and i am thinking yeah that’s the whole point of a menu board to show the items they have and not the ones they no longer have. She’s usually very nice and friendly when i come around, but this time she was a b*tch. She’s always telling people to do the survey, well this time i did and you didn’t get a...

This was the worst taco bell I've ever had. My nachos came in a little 4x4 box which has never happened it was literally a third of the nachos i usually recieve(in a much larger container)...both of our grilled cheese burritos were flat as a pancake and had a thin layer of beef and rice and that's it until the last two bites there was some cheese. Like...dry as hell and the only thing you could really taste was tortilla..the red sauce on our Mexican pizza was almost black and tasted really off and everything else just tasted ....old and almost tasteless. We've never had this issue but we usually order from bluebell store and it's always wonderful. So...Just gonna keep doing...

Went to this location aug.25.25 before work I asked the lady at the counter (Melissa) if I could just get a shot of creamer in a cup with my soda like the old dream sodas they had and she was happy to do so meanwhile I hear her coworker (mara) yelling in the kitchen about how it's be and Melissa shouldn't do it and how if she went to where I work and asked for a free spark plug would we give her it...... Mind you this is about 25 cents worth of creamer. Then when I asked Melissa for there names I hear mara go "I don't care what he does" long story short Melissa is an amazing and respectful lady it's just a shame her coworker couldn't...
