Spark Summer Camp — Local services in Dover

DO NOT TAKE YOUT CHILD HERE They charged my card for the "supposed" free week. My daughter started Monday 9/19/22 the first day I picked her up the new "program director" and I say that lightly gave me my child without and ID checking or even knowing who I am. All Coach Steph had to say was I'm sorry but then Tuesday she stood less than 1 foot from me and wouldn't even look me in the eye say I'm sorry NOTHING. Then you have Ashley on Wednesday apparently this employes doesn't know what her position is she says she is the Regional Manager then she is Coach Stephs assistant and the. Finally she is the acting RM. This place has the employees lie to parents and the state or health department they are doing activities that they are prohibited from doing and don't care if the staff tells the truth they get fired keep your kids safe and keep them out of here !!!!! And I have proof of everything. Bank statements tex messages the recorded apology call the lying team member Ashley and finally the Coach Patrick phone conversation where he hung up on me as well. They tell there staff that they are opening the other sites then moving to St John's just to collect checks that's what your children are...

My son absolutely loves going to camp at the Middletown location for Spark. He asks to stay late everyday, and has become very comfortable with all the Coaches. We are new to the area and didn't know anything about the local camps. I am glad we chose Spark and will definitely enroll him next year too! Thank you to all the Spark staff for making Summer Camp so fun for my little guy!
