Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Dover

Clean Eatz is amazing! While there are online options for meal plans, if I'm honest I've always been the kind of person that wants to try before I buy. But wow was I pleasantly surprised that not only does this location have amazing owners but the in person experience overall is second to none.

First off, the owners and the staff are awesome. You're greeted as soon as you walk through the door, informed about what they offer, and treated with kindness and friendliness every single time you visit. Secondly, the food quality is PHENOMENAL. I CrossFit and I'm at the point in my nutrition where macros matter. They have ALL of the macro info displayed on the frozen, ready to go meals as well as other nutrition facts. The same is provided for their cafe food which they make right then and there for you to enjoy or take to go! Lastly, I am throughly impressed not only with the quality food and quality service, but also the fact that this is the ONLY location around here where I can trust every single food item to be the tastiest, healthiest choice I could make. When I don't want to cook dinner, I can grab a catering size prepared meal for my family right from the freezer, order food at the Cafe, or get different individual single serve meals for everyone in my household. Found this and was surprised to find something like it in Dover. No one was there when I went, but plenty came as I sat and ate. I got the nachos, which I think is a limited time menu item. Food overall tasted good and freshly made. Chicken was not highly seasoned, but I guess that's the point and I was fine with it. Portion was a bit small, but satisfied me. Service was weird like most other places here. Young people don't really greet you, talk quiet and low, and look bored. That's a turn off for me wherever I go, so not a deal breaker since it seems to be a trend. Place was clean. Nice frozen meal selection, but haven't tried them. I'd go back for the simple fact it's nice to have a healthy food establishment here when I want the option. We better utilize it or it will die like every other good place in Dover. Usually, I have a great experience at this restaurant but today I couldn’t come in and I ordered off the app so I called you to ask the young lady how do we know when the order is gonna be delivered? She said oh I don’t know anybody that orders off the app so I said what can I speak to a manager? She said well I’m sort of the only person here and I’m a manager and I said well you a manager you don’t know what happens when someone order off the app and then she start calling me, honey. I’m an adult. You don’t call me, honey and it just went downhill.
