I’ve been coming here for a while, but not anymore. The chicken always come out soggy and like trash but that’s not why I’m writing this. I’m here because normally when I come it’s like 12 dollars for myself, and 24 when it’s me and my girlfriend. So tell me why all of a sudden the price for 2 people is now 30 dollars? We looked over the menu in multiple different places (which all have different prices for some reason) and none of them added up to our total. So she decided to ask the guy behind the counter why’re we being charged more then normal to which he “attempts” to break it down for her and it still made no sense because turns out, HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE CHARGED US FOR! Guy says to call back tomorrow to speak to a manager. We got home and lo and behold they didn’t even give us what we ordered. So at this point now we want a refund because we didn’t even get our food we ordered. So my girlfriend calls over the next day and gets put on hold after asking for a manager, then gets hung up on. They do it again, and this time transfer her to a number that’s just a voicemail. She calls back a third time and demands the owner speak to her to which they had to hang up and call from a personal number. The owner calls and first thing said is “what do you want?”. Thats just so unprofessional on so many levels but anyways, she starts to explain the problem of how we were charged for something we didn’t order and our food was wrong and she just starts saying “what do you want me to do about it?” Fix it obviously, to which she refused over and over again. Eventually she says probably the weirdest thing in this whole encounter and says “do you wanna speak to the customer in front of me about what they ordered?” WHAT?! WHY WOULD ANYONE NEED TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER?! YOURE THE OWNER! THIS IS YOUR JOB! She immediately followed that by abruptly hanging up and blocking her number from the store and her cell. They take no accountability or responsibility for their wrong doings and charge what they feel when they feel and after reading some other google reviews, this isn’t their first time doing this. Read moreOne star for service. I ordered online through DoorDash and they refused to fix my food. The menu they put online through DoorDash does not specify what the “combination platter” comes with but I simply wanted chicken and broccoli and that’s where I found it first through the DoorDash menu. It says you’re required to pick at least one side, I chose a shrimp spring roll as I did not want another side. I also added a veggie egg roll. When my food came, it had pork fried rice in the box and I do not eat pork. I called once, the worker said he would get me to his manager when I did not ask for one, but I was sent to a voicemail box that was full so I believe he was trying to be funny. I called back and got someone else who refused to remake the food. Both times the workers maintained that the combination platter comes with pork fried rice and an egg roll but this is not listed on their DoorDash menu. That being said if that is the case, why is it a REQUIREMENT to choose ONE side if the sides are already chosen? That should be optional. The individuals running this place cannot admit fault, would not hear me out, and I will not be returning. Also, that vegetable egg roll was just nasty and bland....
Read moreI’ve been going to this restaurant for years…I keep coming back because the food is just OK. I called and placed an order, when I arrived I ask how much and was told my total was $15.00… I confirmed it was $15.00 put my card in the card reader and was then told my card declined. They then asked for my card went to another machine and I was told declined again. I said thats impossible the moneys there… I think logged into my bank account and it showed a Happy Fortune purchase transaction… I showed the merchant my phone showing the transaction went thru (she’s always very rude, I don’t think she likes black people) and she claimed something’s wrong with my bank. So, now they have my money and I have no food….smh… terrible business. I called my bank and they confirmed the first transaction went thru and is pending and the second transaction declined…i now have to dispute this transaction…ruined my night and Dinner!!!
