My first visit to this flower shop was pleasant and I was really taken aback at the quaint feel and the selection of unique gifts and beautiful flowers. The woman who helped us was efficient and we placed an order for my sister’s shower. Pretty painless and simple. We had a different woman help us a few days later when we picked our order up. Her demeanor was very gruff- not pleasant at all. She proceeded to tell us that (although we specifically had requested that the leaves on the flowers be left on) they “had to take them off the pink ones to be dyed.” OK, not completely unreasonable, so we sort of shrugged it off. She then began literally slamming the flowers into the water bucket. Seriously, if she could have thrown them in there any harder she’d have been playing tackle football. I felt bad for the flowers lol and was concerned that she might actually damage them because of the way she was picking them up and throwing them into the bucket. Yikes! That’s why they have CKO kickboxing and stress squeezer balls- no need to take it out on the flowers! She was very rude but in a feeble attempt to be remotely pleasant, she did end the visit on a bit subtler of notes. Wowzers...definitely won’t be back....

Bad Service. Early on the 14th I clearly communicated that i needed flowers and chocolate delivered to my wife's job by 4 pm on Valentines day 2018. I called the florist back several times to ensure the items would be delivered. The florist team assured me that the items would be delivered. When i called one time they said the flowers and chocolate were already delivered. I called my wife to confirm at 3:55 PM. She did not receive the flowers and chocolate. I called back and the florist team told me the flowers and chocolate were not delivered. I had to tell my wife to wait after work to get the flowers. There goes the element of surprise. I just had the worst experience here. The flowers were fine. I’m white and born in the US. I explained that I just got back from Mexico and that Mexico is beautuful and that the people there are beautiful too. She proceeded to go on a racist tirade about how she resents spanish speaking immigrants. This business is located in an area with many Spanish speakers. Racism flowed freely from her, so sad. I will never buy from here again and will certainly alert people in the area. I hope the hatred in her heart will...
