I had 2 cows butchered here. My first experience was great they walked me through everything and the meet was great no bone chips or gristle. The second time a younger person called to take my order and was struggling to help walk me through the ordering process and that was OK, I get it they need to learn as well but when every tube of hamberger had a few hard pieces in it....that's not okay. It turned everyone off and grossed us out. I did call to ask what it could be and the gentleman said it's possible they got to close to the bone. When I get back to town, I love to go here and get the chicken salad, but my recent stop to get it didn't turn out so great. I'm not sure, but I think someone else made the chicken salad, or they changed the recipe to much pepper. I'm not a fan of it now. Excellent meat but the most unfriendly people who work there. One gentleman looks at you when you come in and doesn't even say hello but looks like it's the last place he wants to be. Everyone else lacks customer service skills as well. Would it hurt to say hello to your customers and maybe thank them after you ring them up. I value customer service and this place is...
