Prime Storage — Local services in Dover Township

I rented a smaller unit from this company for about 3 years. There’s a light in the unit so it helps a bit if I needed to visit my storage early in the evening. The keypad is attached to the gate which makes it not too users friendly vs other places. Rate is extremely high and increased annual. To the point I had to look for another storage in the area with more than double, possibly triple the dimensions, for 20% less than what I paid here. I drove an hour to go the location .Both gates were out of service one the pin pad didn't work the main one was stuck halfway up. I called customer service and after I told them the location they hang up on me . Called 2 more times and they would answer and as soon as they hear my voice they would hang up again.
