I bought an item online for store pickup. I parked in the store pickup spot and press the button in the email and nobody came outside. I called the store and it rang without being answered twice. When I went inside the store I had to wait longer until somebody could ask me what I needed, and then somebody went to the back of the store on a 5-minute long search for the online pickup item until they brought it back to the front. All things considered it took almost 20 minutes to do an online order pickup that should have been curbside, and there's only a little bit of race being given because they were polite but no one apologized for the wait or the inconvenience when I mentioned it. There are definitely stores that have lower prices, but the items that I find here are good quality and often just what I'm looking for for my home. The selection and variety is second to none. It's like a warehouse for home goods. There are literally rows and rows of ceiling to floor throw pillows for example. When I arrived I was immediately asked if I had my license and told it had to be verified before I could get the order! Like what!! I’ve been doing Uber over 7 years and I’ve NEVER been asked for my license to pick up an order. The woman who gave me the order said it’s an AT HOME policy, and said they needed my license due to thefts.
