After today's visit, I would give them a zero if I could! The young girl at the register would not do a refund for an opened item of food that was bad. She said " we can't take food once it's been opened" and I said " I didn't know it was spoiled till I opened it" and I proceeded to explain to her that I had called and told them about it when I opened it and they said no problem just bring it back. She refused to do a refund or a store credit or anything and I asked her to ask someone and she said I know policy and we can't take opened food, and I said I would like your corporate office number, which she did not give me, I had to get it off of a board hanging in the front of the store. So I called the corporate office and they asked me to go back up there and speak to the manager because they called him and asked him to go up to the front counter. He proceeded to tell me that next time I should ask for the manager because his employees tend to be a little overzealous when they're doing their job. I then told him that I did ask her and she flat out told me no, maybe they shouldn't be so overzealous!! He gave me cash back when I asked for credit and I ended up spending $107 on my daughter anyway, and they could have just credited toward that. It was all passive aggressive and disgustingly rude as far as I'm concerned. it was never my favorite store, now it's definitely not!!! It will be a very long time before, If Ever, I go back in...
Read moreI've been a loyal customer of this store for three years and have always loved shopping at this location. However, my recent experience trying to return an item was incredibly disappointing. Despite my long history with the store and having clear proof of purchase, the staff treated me as if I hadn't bought the item there. It's disheartening to be treated so poorly after being a loyal patron for so long. Sadly, I won't be returning to this store after being treated in such a disrespectful manner!!! Update I recently had an issue with a return at this store, but I'm pleased to say that the manager reached out to me personally. She was incredibly nice and professional, making me feel welcome again. She assured me that she would address the situation with her team. It's reassuring to see a commitment to improving customer experiences. I appreciate the effort and will definitely consider returning to the store...
Read moreNever had a bad experience at this store. I’ve been shopping here over the past 15 years, but what I experienced Saturday was definitely my last time at this store. I was followed by an associate the entire time I was in the store. She acted as if she was putting clothes away but every time I looked up she was right behind me. I try not to jump to conclusions, but seeing the same associate follow me from women’s, juniors, and the lingerie department I knew what was happening.
