MISLUX — Local services in Downey

I purchased a pair of Valentino Rockstuds from MisLux and decided to return them. I had to contact them at least 10-15 times (via chat on their site, the contact us form, emailing the info address, and calling via phone) before I received resolution (sometimes I'd get no response, 2 times I got assurance that a return label would be sent that day to no avail). Finally, I did receive a return label and shipped the shoes back. They received the shoes almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my refund and have not received any response to my outreach (via each avenue above, multiple times). Went to pick up my shoes during business hours that were posted on their website. I wait 30+ mins to have someone open the shop. When texting them, they responded they're not open till later because they have an apt with a client. Lack of communication and deceiving on business hours will cause a loss of business. So disappointed with them, and will never do business...
