This is a constructive review. Their fruits (Banana Strawberry Blueberries) are not organic which is inadequate for a "healthy" restaurant. Also Traditionally açaà bowls are definitely highly regarded in presentation & health. Which contradicts the low quality at "açaà world". The fruits were cut into big chunks which is strange and difficult to eat when scooping into a spoon full of açaà and other ingredients in the bowl. The presentation is sloppy and rushed. My lid was not shut correctly. Also why do you advertise you carry an array of ingredients and have to apologize you run out of something to your customer? Customers like to feel comfortable and definitely not awkward when asking for an ingredient while being let down by the expectations you list on your board. Unprofessional etiquete is the normal here? Employee taking the order was very bland and unwelcoming. The vibes were off. The music is really loud and interferes with customer interaction especially during this time when we can barely hear each other through a mask and a Plexiglass. Failed attempt at the beautiful art...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've worked in the area for 4 years and it has been 4 years of frustration because options for lunch is nearly non-existant if you want to eat healthy. Today, through my co-worker I doscovered this place and am very pleased. I got the Cali Sandwhich with only turkey, although it looks huge the quality of the wheat bread and greens on this thing makes for a delightful sandwhich that doesn't leave you feeling gross and to full. I also grabbed a shake that is super yum. I'll def return and explore the menu. THANK YOU FOR BEING A HEALTY FOOD OPTION, this town sucks in that department (that is, if you don't have time to sit down at a restaurant). You certainly have other employees at my steel shop that will be coming...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe young lady seems to lack customers skills, got confused on how to make a simple smoothie( strawberry and banana) Granted it's not on the menu but didn't offer any other suggestions even tho I told her it was out first time visiting this hole in the wall. Menu is VERY limited. She never said thank you or apologized for getting our order wrong. There's a reason why small businesses don't succeed, because the lack of investment in customer care. Smoothie was a 6 out 10. The other "employee never jumped in to help knowing the young lady seemed confused and inexperienced. I'm sure they don't care if we don't return but it's a horrible way to treat any other newbies...
