Guys this happen to me , from coming here. The provider Tiffany who helped me out totally failed me by injecting too low, she is supposed to be a professional and now I am the one left alone living with her mistake . This is totally embarrassing and who know how long I need to live with this!

At this point almost an entire year later you want to call me and suddenly be all concerned with my and my eye this to me seems like you are more concerned with your selfs looking good when in fact you totally ignored me or should of sent me with your doctors at the time this happened when I need your care the most. AND I NEVER SAID I WANTED MY MONEY BACK UNTIL AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER. WHICH I AM NOT FIGHTING WITH YOU ABOUT BECAUSE THE MONEY TO ME DOSENT MATTER AT ALL. I MENTION THE MONEY PART YES. BUT I REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT IT.

I DONT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY IF THAT WAS THE CASE I WOULD OF BEEN FIGHTING FOR IT SINCE THE MOMENT THIS HAPPENED I ONLY MENTIONED IT TO SEE IF YOU GUYS WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING BUT TO HAVE ME COME IN AND JUMP THRU HOOPS TO GET IT AFTER A YEAR I DONT THINK SO NOR HAVE THE TIME FOR IT ** I BEEN THRU ENOUGH!! — I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF ME ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK—- I was totally not arguing over it at all. — don’t try to make me look like a money hungry person ! because i am not!

and also i refused to come in a year later to see your doctors you should of asked me that a year ago. I had to pay and see my own doctors when this happen and now.

— i understand that we are all human and can make mistakes but Tiffany has proven that she is capable of making this mistake and I am not willing to ever go back and have to possibly deal with this again. even if it’s temporary no one should have to go thru life looking the way i did with this embarrassing eye . weather is temporary or not....

I was pretty nervous coming to the Med Spa because it was my first time. With age and my face being my business card, I decided to try UL therapy which was recommended by my gf. I had no idea what to expect and did not want to do anything drastic, but I did want to look fresh with some up coming events. The place lives up to its name "YOUNGER world".

The Facility: super clean and modern. It's bright and very welcoming. It's hard not to say "wow!this place looks legit and clean"

The staff: super professional, super welcoming. From the greeting to the consult, they made me feel so comfortable. Everything felt so catered to me and I felt comfortable right away.

The consult: The NP, Ted came to see me and I explained to him what I was going for. He was not pushy trying to sell my anything. He listened to what I wanted, examined me and gave me suggestions. He explained the process, and what each suggestion would do for me.

The procedure: I ended up going with UL therapy and Q-switch rejuvenation. I was nervous because people had told me it was painful. UL therapy tightened up my skin and Q-Switch smoothened out my skin and got rid of sun damage. Ted was very professional and amazing. I felt comfortable and less nervous getting the procedure. I loved how I got explanations of everything, which also validated all my research.

The result: I was a little red and swollen immediately after. It only lasted a couple hours and I was back to normal. It's been a day and I am very pleased with the results. I've already received comments about how fresh I look.

Recommendation: 100% I will definitely come back for other services and recommend this place to friends. It's a GEM without the crazy LA prices and quotes I have received at other places.

I went in for a special they had and that special wasn't really much but I was there already so I did it. (They tell you what amount you get for the special when you get there and not over the phone, my thinking is to make sure you get down there first) Make sure they show you the syringe with the amount, they didn't with me. Also, she left with the syringe with a good amount of product in it, so do they reuse that needle/syringe? I know they won't throw it away. They want to take a picture of you for a profile, never had that done before. They took pictures of the area I was getting done (just that area) to have a before for mine and they're safety (as I was told) but they never took a after picture of what they done. I was confused about not wanting to take an after one. The 2 ladies there are very nice and soft spoken, they made those 3 stars on this review and I guess my work done but I won't find out in about a week if it looks good (from what I was told). They wanted me to do a review to get a $50 discount, right then and there but I'm doing it at home and without that discount.

Overall, nice place and workers. Make sure you know the specials prior to going or if you have the time, go down there if they don't tell you over the phone.
