I have to show some love here, looks like it’s been a while. We ordered a ring after I received a coupon in my email from signing up for an expo I never went to. I had my fiancé look through the website and pick a ring, plugged in my credit card number, and prayed it was good quality since I had never seen their rings before. Needless to say, 10 stars if I could. Trying to find previous reviews was kind of difficult, so I will spare you the trouble and summarize here: “concerns around how the website looks” - it’s true, there is no traditional ‘Contact Us’ page on their website- but their email and phone number are everywhere. ‘I got a receipt, but no shipping number’- honestly, I didn’t need one after I realized they mailed the ring next day and it was probably sitting in my mail box for 9 extra days due to my own error, SUPER fast shipping. Ring size was spot on, and that made opening all the more enjoyable. Quality is a great! It’s a heavy ring, even coloring, exactly what you’d expect from Tungsten. Great design choices, my fiancé and I saw a similar design at a retailer, but we weren’t able to get it due to its clearance and out of stock status. The one we found on VitaSteels website was an even better option and because they had a running promotion at the time (which seems like a common promo) for $225.00 off, it only cost $110.00. my fiance found this company at a bridal show and got a nice coupon for a ring. I was hesitant at first with their low-end looking website and lack of reviews but I went for it. I got sized at a local jeweler at a 13 and ordered the tungsten LV985 from their site. After receiving it in the mail not even a week later, it was way too big. With their free, 1st time exchange, I went down a size to a 12.5. This ring came and it was still too big so I exchanged it again but had to pay the $40. I went down to an 11.5, and of course, the ring was too small. I called Bruce, at VitaSteel, and explained the situation and he instantly knew my order and told me he would wave the exchange charge and send the size 12. I got the ring and it fits and looks great. A bit of a sizing headache but it worked...

My opinion is still out on this shop! Don't like doing ONLY GMAIL to fix an issue. Am being patient because I love the product I bought, I just want some answers & better customer service is required to do so.
