Dell EMC is such a great place to work and this is even more true when talking about the Utah offices. There is a camaraderie that can be found nowhere else, with employees from all walks of life and working across all of the Dell Technologies business (including Dell EMC, RSA, Virtustream, Pivotal and more) coming together to provide the best customer experience possible. The building itself is top-notch with excellent workspaces, a superb cafeteria, a gym with exercise equipment, several server rooms for testing and reproducing customer issues, and many other amenities. The managers from all organizations do a great job at bringing excitement and fun to work and ensuring that everybody is satisfied with the work that they do. I couldn't imagine working in any other place.

They don't give raises unless you're absolutely killing it. That's insane. House prices soar and they're paying competitive wages from 2009, and you won't get a raise unless you're in the top 5%...
