I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services of Treaty Oaks Catering, and I cannot sing their praises loud enough! From the moment we began planning our event, the team demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail that truly set them apart.
The menu options are nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a delightful fusion of flavors, showcasing fresh, local ingredients that not only tasted amazing but also looked stunning on the plate. We opted for a variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and every single item was a hit with our guests. The standout dishes included their mouthwatering smoked brisket and the decadent chocolate mousse.
What truly impressed me was the teamās ability to accommodate our specific dietary needs without compromising on taste or presentation. They crafted a beautiful gluten-free and vegan menu that received rave reviews from our guests with dietary restrictions.
The service during our event was seamless. The staff was attentive, courteous, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on enjoying our celebration rather than worrying about the logistics.
Additionally, the presentation of the food was nothing short of artistic. Each platter was beautifully arranged, making it almost too pretty to eat (but we did anyway!). The setup was elegant and perfectly matched the theme of our event.
In summary, Treaty Oaks Catering exceeded all of our expectations. Their dedication to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their service. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any eventābig or small. Thank you, Treaty Oaks, for making our occasion unforgettable! We canāt wait to work with you again in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMan, it really pains me to do this because I never leave negative reviews. The only reason Iām doing it is because I really used to love this place. In fact, when people would ask me what my favorite distillery was, I would say āTreaty Oakā. The reason Iām leaving this review is not to detract from the business, but in hopes that the ownership will take note. Iām not sure what has happened over the last year or two but the quality of Aliceās restaurant has really gone down. When it first opened, it had some of the best brisket I had ever had in my life. When I went last night I was really disappointed in the operation of it all. I donāt mind paying a premium price for food, but the quality has to match the price, and it used to. The drinks have changed, the way you order has changed, and the way the food tastes has definitely changed. Although I still do love their bourbon, the drinks were very subpar. I donāt know if the quality of food that is purchased has gone down, or the level of talent has gone down, or both but something is way off. Also, I know mosquito treatment is pricey, but the reason we didnāt order more was because we were getting attacked outside nonstop. Let me sprinkle a little positivity and say that the staff was nice and the music was good. Please take this negative feedback as a way to improve and fix whatās broken. I do want to continue to see the business thrive and thatās the only reason Iām taking the time to leave...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter waiting an hour and a half for dinner service (because they don't take reservations) and finally seated with hungry kids in tow, we were informed they were sold out of many menu items including most barbecued meats. The excellent meat, and their fine bourbon are the reason we go there. Our orders arrived long before those of our companions, so they got cold long before our friends could eat. Call us old fashioned, but we don't like to have hungry table mates sit and watch us eat. Come time to pay we were overcharged for drinks and had to request a printed receipt to prove it. Apologies abounded from a very pleasant and well- mannered waitstaff who are put in the uncomfortable position of having to genuflect regarding policy decisions and poor planning that are exclusively the fault of management, who apparently could care less as long as the till looks good. Until that attitude changes, we won't be back nor will we any longer refer our friends and acquaintances. We only get one Saturday night each week, and if an establishment isn't able to properly accommodate the volume of patrons accepted, they should inform their customers of that fact upon entry to...
